no more fast food for me for a month. i feel grease coming out of my porees. new high protien, tons of fruit diet starting tommorow. i havn’t lifted weights in 2 weeks. what am i doing with this life?!?!?!
the nest outside my window
used to be filled with two baby birds in the day time, and a mother and her family at nighttime. moving back in i discovered the family when I opened the window. the mother could give one heck of a look. i’m not even sure if she knew what I was. her message was clear though. don’t mess with me and my children. so i didn’t. i was cautious when opening the window, and i was worried...

so here's the thing,
i miss you. your not even gone yet and i miss you. i value you, i appreciate you as a human being. i call you a friend. i’m proud of you and i know this is what’s best. but i miss you nonetheless.
so i guess there will just have to be lots of photobooth pictures, video games and other silly stuff we do when you get back.

Three days ago, my best friend died. Two days ago, I found that she was an organ donor. One day ago, I heard that a nine year old boy now had her heart. Today, I met that nine year old boy. He told me that because he had my best friend’s heart, he’d be my best friend now. My best friend and him GMH.
